Hosting that somebody is actually watching.
Backups that restore, certificates that renew, patches that get applied, and a person to email when something looks wrong. Your domain and your code stay yours, and you can leave whenever you like.
What It Costs
Hosting & care
Hosting, SSL and daily backups · Uptime monitoring · Small text and photo edits — a couple a month · Hours and prices kept current
Managed Hosting
AWS/DO cloud hosting · Daily backups · SSL certificate · 99.9% uptime SLA
Hosting + Maintenance
All Managed Hosting features · Monthly security updates · 2 content edit requests/mo · Priority support
Billed annually. The domain is registered in your name and stays yours — including if you move to another host.

Daily backups, tested
A backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a backup.
SSL that renews itself
Certificates expire. An expired one shows every visitor a browser warning, and it is entirely avoidable.
Uptime monitoring
We find out the site is down before your customers tell you.
Security updates
On the maintenance plan, monthly. Unpatched software is how small sites get compromised.
Domain included
Registered in your name, renewed on time, transferable whenever you want.
A human to email
Not a ticket queue that answers in four days.
When You Don't Need This
- Your site is a static page that never changes. A free static host will serve it well and cost nothing. We will tell you that rather than sell you a plan.
- You have someone technical in-house. If a colleague already handles patching and backups, you are paying twice for the same attention.
- You are happy carrying the risk. Plenty of small sites run on cheap shared hosting for years without incident. The plan buys you a faster recovery on the day it does happen, not immunity.
Sending Money to People You Have Never Met
It is a reasonable thing to hesitate over, particularly across a border. We cannot make you trust us by asserting that you should, so here is what protects you instead — all of it checkable in the policies, not just claimed here.
Full refund before kickoff
Pay, talk to us, and change your mind — you get 100% back, no questions and no deduction, any time before the kickoff call. That is usually the first three days.
The price is fixed before work starts
Websites, SEO and hosting are fixed-price. App builds are quoted in writing and approved by you before anything is built. No hourly meter, no change-request surprises.
You own everything at handover
Source code, domain, hosting and every account are transferred to you. There is no exit fee and nothing you have to ask us to release.

What to Ask Before Paying Anyone to Host Your Site
Why pay for managed hosting when shared hosting costs a fraction?+
For a small brochure site, sometimes you should not, and we will say so. What you are buying here is somebody noticing when it breaks: daily backups that are actually restorable, an SSL certificate that renews without anyone remembering, security patches applied, and uptime monitored so a failure is spotted before your customers report it. Cheap shared hosting is fine right up until the afternoon you need last week’s backup and discover there isn’t one.
What does the 99.9% uptime SLA actually mean?+
It allows for roughly 43 minutes of downtime a month. It is the commitment of the underlying cloud platform, which we build on rather than replace, and it covers infrastructure — not a site taken down by a change you asked for, or a third-party service your site depends on failing. Anyone quoting 100% is quoting a number that does not exist.
Where is my site actually hosted?+
On AWS or DigitalOcean, in a region chosen for where your visitors are — there is no benefit to serving Californian customers from Mumbai. If you have a data residency requirement, tell us before we provision and we will place it accordingly.
Who owns the domain?+
You do, always. A domain registered in an agency’s name is the single most common way small businesses get held hostage, and we do not do it. If your domain is currently registered to a previous developer, getting it transferred to you is worth doing whether or not you host with us.
What counts as a content edit request?+
On the Hosting + Maintenance plan, two per month: changing text, swapping an image, updating prices or opening hours, adding a page from content you supply. What it is not is a redesign or a new feature — those are quoted separately, in writing, before anything is built.
Can I leave and take the site with me?+
Yes, and there is no exit fee. The code is yours, the domain is yours, and we will hand over a current backup and the DNS records needed to point it wherever you like. A hosting arrangement you cannot walk away from is a hostage situation, not a service.
Do you host sites somebody else built?+
Usually, if it runs on a mainstream stack and is in reasonable condition. We will look first and tell you honestly — taking over a site with unpatched plugins and no documentation and then promising security updates would not be a service, it would be a claim.
What happens if the site gets hacked?+
We restore from the most recent clean backup and patch the way in. That is exactly why the daily backups exist and why security updates are part of the plan rather than an upsell after the fact. Sites that have gone a year without updates are the ones this happens to.
