How much does a website or app actually cost?
Almost nobody in this industry answers that question in public. This page does — with our full price list, the variables that move any quote you receive, the costs that tend to appear after you have signed, and the questions worth asking before you compare anything.
We sell these services, so read this with that in mind. Everything below is checkable against our own checkout.

Five Things That Move Any Quote
When two quotes for the same project differ by a factor of five, it is almost always one of these — not skill, and rarely dishonesty.
Where the team is
The same build quoted in London, New York, Warsaw and Jalandhar produces four very different numbers, and most of the gap is salary and office overhead rather than skill or output. It is the single largest variable in any quote you receive, and the one least often stated out loud.
Fixed price or hourly
An hourly rate moves the risk of a long project onto you; a fixed price keeps it with the agency. Fixed pricing is only honest when the scope is written down first — otherwise it becomes a fight about whether something was "included". Ask which model you are being quoted, and if it is fixed, ask to see the scope it is fixed against.
How much is genuinely bespoke
A five-page brochure site is a solved problem. A booking system that talks to your existing stock database is not. Price tracks how much of the work has been done before, which is why "a website" can mean anything from a few hundred to six figures without anyone lying.
Who writes the words and takes the photos
Content is the most commonly underestimated line in any web project. If you supply it, the build is cheaper and faster. If you need it produced, that is a real cost — and a real delay — whoever does it.
What happens after launch
Hosting, updates, security patches and support are recurring. A build quote that ignores them is not cheaper, it is just incomplete. Ask what the first two years cost, not what launch day costs.
Costs That Are Not in the Build Price
None of these are anybody's trick. They are simply costs paid to someone other than your agency, which is exactly why they fall out of quotes.
Domain registration
Small, annual, and it should be in your name. A domain held by an agency is a hostage.
SSL certificate
Often free, occasionally billed. Either way it must renew, or visitors see a browser warning.
App store accounts
Google Play $25 once. Apple $99 every year — let it lapse and your app is removed.
Ad spend
Paid to Google or Meta, not to your agency. Anyone taking a margin on it should tell you.
Third-party services
Payment gateways, mapping, SMS, email delivery. Individually small, collectively not.
Content and photography
The line most often left out of a quote and most often needed.
Seven Questions Before You Sign
Ask us these too. If any supplier is evasive about the fourth or the sixth, that is the answer.
What exactly is in scope, in writing, before I pay anything?
Is this a fixed price or an estimate — and if it changes, who decides?
What is deliberately excluded?
Who owns the code, the domain and the accounts at the end?
What does it cost to run for the next two years, not just to launch?
What happens if I want to leave — is there an exit fee, and will you hand over a backup?
What is your change-request process, and is it billed hourly?
Go Deeper on One Thing
Sending Money to People You Have Never Met
It is a reasonable thing to hesitate over, particularly across a border. We cannot make you trust us by asserting that you should, so here is what protects you instead — all of it checkable in the policies, not just claimed here.
Full refund before kickoff
Pay, talk to us, and change your mind — you get 100% back, no questions and no deduction, any time before the kickoff call. That is usually the first three days.
The price is fixed before work starts
Websites, SEO and hosting are fixed-price. App builds are quoted in writing and approved by you before anything is built. No hourly meter, no change-request surprises.
You own everything at handover
Source code, domain, hosting and every account are transferred to you. There is no exit fee and nothing you have to ask us to release.
Full detail in the refunds and cancellation policy and the terms of service. Both were written to be read, not to be survived.
Pricing Questions, Answered Plainly
How much does a website cost?+
Ours run $179 for a five-page site, $349 for a CMS-backed site with a blog and payments, and $599 for an e-commerce store. Across the market the honest answer is that "a website" describes jobs that differ by two orders of magnitude, so any figure without a scope attached is meaningless. The useful question is not what a website costs but what this website, with these pages and these integrations, costs.
Why will most agencies not put prices on their site?+
Three reasons, and only one is respectable. The respectable one is that their work genuinely varies so much that a number would mislead. The other two are that they price by what a client seems able to pay, and that a hidden price forces you into a sales conversation where it is harder to walk away. You can usually tell which you are dealing with by whether they will give you a range over email.
Is a cheaper offshore quote a false economy?+
Sometimes, but not for the reason usually implied. The risk is not that the code is worse; it is that the scope was vague, communication is thin, and nobody owns the outcome. Those are contract and process problems, and they occur at every price point. Judge a quote by whether the scope is written down, whether you can see who is doing the work, and what happens when something is wrong — not by the country it came from.
What should I budget for the first year, not just the build?+
Take the build price, then add hosting, the domain, any third-party services, and whatever content you need produced. For a small business site that is often another $100 to $300 a year. For an app, add the store accounts and a backend that grows with usage. A quote that covers only launch day is not wrong, but it is not your first-year cost.
How do I compare two very different quotes?+
Put them side by side on scope, not on price. Count the pages, list the integrations, and check who owns what at the end. Most large gaps between quotes turn out to be gaps in what is being delivered, or in what happens after launch — not in the hourly rate.
Do you price differently for clients outside India?+
No. Each package carries a rupee price and a dollar price, both set in advance and both visible — switch the currency toggle on any page to see them side by side. They are not adjusted for where you appear to be from, and they do not float with the exchange rate. What you are charged is decided by the server from the package you chose, not from anything your browser reported about you.
No call required to find out the number.
Every package on this site can be bought online at the price shown. Anything outside them gets a written scope and a fixed figure back by email.
